sochi.gg is in beta. We're an early-stage AI platform — expect rapid iteration as we refine the underlying models and analysis pipeline. These terms cover submissions made through the sochi.gg website.
Information We Collect
We collect limited technical data — a session identifier and a hashed network address — to operate the platform, maintain service integrity, and support the analysis pipeline. Not linked to your identity, not sold, not shared with third parties.
Submitted Content & Copyright
Clips and screenshots you submit may be stored in local or object storage while we generate tactical analysis and provide short-lived playback with the result. Staging objects and local working copies are scheduled for deletion during or after processing; local playback copies have a 15-minute deletion timer. Deletion is best-effort and may be delayed or fail because of operational errors. We do not intentionally retain website source media as training data, but derived analytical text may be retained to improve the service. You must own or have permission to share anything you submit.
Linked Media & Third-Party Platforms
If you submit a link, you represent that you own the linked media or have permission to let sochi.gg retrieve and process it. A publicly accessible link does not itself grant download or processing rights. Some platforms, including YouTube, restrict automated access or downloading under their own terms. You must not use sochi.gg to retrieve or process content in violation of those terms, applicable law, or another person's rights. sochi.gg does not grant rights in third-party content, does not authorize circumvention of access controls, and may refuse or stop processing any source. Retrieved copies follow the temporary retention and deletion schedule described above.
Intellectual Property
sochi.gg's name, technology, and analysis methodology are proprietary. Where Winds Meet — its game content, footage, and assets — remains the property of its developers and publishers. Content you submit remains yours (or its original creator's); we claim no ownership. sochi.gg is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by the developers or publishers of Where Winds Meet.

Free. That's not the same as owed. Agreeing to this was the disclosure — it doesn't happen twice, and no one here has time to re-explain what wasn't read the first time. A mistake made without reading belongs to whoever made it.
